ArsReal Invest is a full service consulting and investment platform based in Munich. The company offers comprehensive investment and advisory services in the field of real estate investment and the conception of investment models. In addition, the company acts as a co-investor. The investment focus is based on the value investment approach in residential and commercial real estate with value appreciation potential. These will be leveraged over the holding period by value-based asset management. The focus is on redensification, conversions and innovative use concepts.

Types of use: Residential (in particular senior-friendly housing, assisted living and care properties), medical centers and medical care centers as well as laboratory buildings (life science)
Locations: Nationwide, cities with 100,000 or more inhabitants, preferably top 7 metropolises as well as prosperous B and C locations
Risk profile: Core to value-add, letting risks can be taken, no far-reaching development and construction risks
Forward transactions: building permit available or pending, preferably final purchase price payment for turnkey handover, completion time up to approx. 3 years

For our clients we are looking for:

The founding partner has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of investment strategy, real estate investment structuring, deal origination, real estate finance and transaction management in Germany and Europe. Based on numerous senior management positions with well-known real estate investment firms (GLL Real Estate Partners, MEAG Munich ERGO Asset Management and Hannover Leasing / Corestate Capital Group), he managed international real estate portfolios in excess of € 3.5 bn. The founding partner is also managing the real estate asset management of a German family office for more than 10 years.

Gunther has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of real estate asset and property management, real estate valuation, marketing, deal structuring and development management across all real estate sectors. Previous management roles include BMW Group, Engel & Völkers Residential/ Commercial and MEAG Munich ERGO Asset Management. He also worked for private real estate developers on a national and international basis. During this time Gunther successfully managed real estate developments of approximately € 200 million. He launched the Engel & Völkers Office in Regensburg. For more than 10 years he successfully manages the real estate portfolio of a Germany family office.


William Ertz

William has more than 24 years of experience in launching and managing institutional and international real estate portfolios exclusively for companies with first-class reputations.
In various management positions at well-known institutional investment companies such as Allianz Real Estate, ERGO Trust GmbH, AXA Investment Managers, CATELLA Real Estate AG and most recently as Managing Director of INVESCO Real Estate, he was responsible for real estate investments with a volume of more than €6.0 billion. He also raised more than €2.0 billion of equity. In particular William most recently launched of the INVESCO residential funds.


Jürgen Hornung
Head of Sales

Jürgen has over 20 years of experience in real estate sales.
He founded a successful brokerage company over 20 years ago, which has continued to expand successfully to this day and has now become part of the group. As Head of Sales, he is responsible for sales activities in the area of real estate acquisitions.


Dr. Tim Nädele
Independent Research Advisor

Graduate economist (university), Freiburg, Basel (Switzerland) and Bergen (Norway), Dr. rer. oec. (Steinbeis University), Berlin

After completing his doctorate in the field of real estate markets, he initially worked at zeb, the leading strategy and management consultancy for the European financial services industry. He then set up institutional research at the investment company Hannover Leasing (Corestate Capital Group). He then worked as an economic advisor for Apleona Invest GmbH as well as for other real estate companies and financial service providers. Together with several banks, he took a leading role in founding and building up the investment platform Steinekonto as managing director.
